- Relationship Manager Private Bangking
Job Description
- Managing and developing existing private banking client portfolios and acquiring new clients.
- Providing comprehensive financial consulting and investment solutions based on the needs and financial goals of high net worth individual (HNWI).
- Maintaining good relationships with clients through proactive communication and personal service.
- Ensuring sales targets achievement for investment products and private banking services.
- Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative products and services.
- Complying with all banking regulations and internal policies related to private banking services.
- Preparing regular performance and activity reports for management.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Management, Finance or related fields. A Master’s degree is an added value.
- Have minimum 8 years of experience focusing in the banking industry.
- Experience as a relationship management or private banking for at least 5 years.
- Certification Required:
- WAPERD
- AAJI
- CFP
- Certified Wealth Management
- Internal Investment Certification (IIC)
- Technical Capability:
- Having proven track record in achieving sales targets and HNWI clients.
- Deep understanding of investment products (investment products (mutual funds, bonds, stocks, investment-related insurance products, etc.) and capital markets.
- Strong financial analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Having capital markets certification (WPPE/WMI) will be an advantage.
- Leadership & Soft Skill:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Extensive networking in the high-net-worth client segment.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
