- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Experience min. 2 years as a recruiter in the company and able to carry out administration and interpretation of psychological test tools.
- Have good communication skills.
- Proven track record in successfully recruiting for key roles within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work with tight SLAs.
- Having experience with Psychological Test Tools.
- Great communication in English.
- Available to join immediately.
